This evening, the contents of Old Macdonald's Farm included: cats, dogs, chickens, roosters, pigs, cows, squirrels, bears, badgers, ocelots, polar bears, flamingos, elephants, a herd of wildebeest, penguins, a Gaboon viper, kangaroos, humpback whales, a yak, and a Thompson's gazelle.

when I used to sing "Hush Little Baby" when my boys were tiny, I regularly added extra verses. It's amazing where the brain will go when you're just that tired..."Hush little baby don't you cry, when Daddy wakes up I'm going to punch him in the eye. And if that punched in eye won't heal, mommy's gonna buy you an electric eel. And if that electric eel won't zap, mommy's gonna buy you a bottle of DAP...."

oh yes, I do this all the time too. I usually take a left turn with, "...papa's gonna buy you a porcupine. If that porcupine has quills, papa's gonna buy you a corporate shill" etc.
