Or, at the very least, unclear on the obvious pop culture reference. It is bad enough that someone actually had the idea to make candles that smell like Jesus Christ, but nobody with any familiarity at all with the film Dr. Strangelove would ever call those candles "His Essence."

heck, even just knowing The Dark Crystal would make such a thing bad enough...then again, when that film came out my best friend's fundie-parents tried to ban him from seeing it 'cause they (through christian radio) were convinced all of the magical ceremonies were real. So this product's marketters probably didn't know that reference either.
