dalmeny, this notice that Writing zombie fiction is considered a terrorist act in Kentucky.
The primary ignoramus here seems to be Detective Steven Caudill, who said "Anytime you make any threat or possess matter involving a school or function it's a felony in the state of Kentucky."

Apparently, the kids grandparents turned him in after finding this bit of writing. They are not blameless, but I have no contact info, and I hope they have already heard plenty. Personally, I wrote a nice long letter praising the great state of Kentucky, and encouraging Mayor Dixon to run Caudill out of it on a rail.
