I tend to read compulsively. For a few of these, you could say "...read 20 or more books by" and for um, five of them you could probably say 30:

Piers Anthony
Iain Banks (mostly the M. variant)
L. Frank Baum
Italo Calvino
Glen Cook (The Black Company series)
Aleister Crowley (ah, youth)
Charles Dickens (Oh, how I want that time back...)
Walter Farley (I devoured the Black Stallion series after the first film came out)
Theodore Geisel
Robert Heinlein
Madeline L'Engle
William Shakespeare
Edward Stratemeyer and countless ghost writers publishing under the name "Laura Lee Hope", countless Hardy Boys, Bobbsey Twins, and Tom Swift books)
Gertrude Chandler Warner (The Boxcar children series...probably the first set of books I read compulsively, from the school library at St. Bernadette's in about the third grade).
Ken Wilber? (Well, I own a giant pile of them, but I'm not sure I've read 10 yet, and they are packed so I can't count them to check)

How on earth are you supposed to count comics and cartoons? Let's skip individual comic issues and daily papers, and just use big collections/trades. In that case you would have to add:
Charles Shultz
Bill Watterson
Gary Larson
Scott Adams
Grant Morrison
Neil Gaiman - It's possible I've read 10 of his even if you count the whole Sandman story as one "book."
Dave Sim - Or do you count that as one looooooong book?
